Planning

Our comprehensive Client Service Plan includes key milestones, such as our annual Business Plan review meeting, to address your benefit program decision-making process. We update your Client Service Plan at the beginning of each year to ensure we incorporate any new goals into the overall strategy.

Continuous Training

Our talented, knowledgeable staff takes a holistic approach in all lines of coverage, to optimize program design. Above and beyond the usual licensing requirements for our profession, we require all benefits staff to receive internal training that we schedule throughout the year. Training topics include all aspects of benefits, including advanced underwriting, compliance, and communications.
