Emile J. Schoffelen Chief Executive Officer

As CEO, Emile focuses on devising strategies to advance the level of services and expertise available to clients.

Emile joined Charles W. Cammack Associates, Inc. (CWCA) in 1989, promoted to president in 1994, and took the helm as CEO in 2007. He is responsible for expanding the scope of the company's services, to include health & welfare consulting and human resources consulting. He also bolstered the existing Retirement Plan Practice by establishing in-house actuarial services, encompassing both defined benefit plans and post-employment benefit obligations. Under his stewardship, the firm has grown from 12 to 80 employees, and is now one of the largest consulting practices in the healthcare industry in the Northeast.

Throughout his years with the company, Emile's overarching goals have been to maintain the firm's preeminent competencies, while offering clients a full array of services for adapting to the rapidly changing world of employee benefits and human resources.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Emile has more than 25 years of experience in the employee benefits arena, specifically in providing strategic consulting, plan design and administrative services to all types of retirement plans. Prior to joining Cammack LaRhette, Emile was responsible for new business development at a major insurance company.

Emile received a bachelor's degree from Reed College in Portland, Oregon, and a master's in science from Oregon State University. He remains very active with Reed College, where he works with the board of trustees on a wide variety of projects. In recognition of his contributions, Emile received Reed College's Superior Service Award.

Jeffrey A. Levy Practice Leader

As practice leader for Retirement Plan Services, Jeff is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and account management for the overall retirement plan business. The group encompasses defined benefit and defined contribution programs, post-employment benefit obligations, asset liability management and fiduciary oversight.

Jeff has more than 25 years of experience in strategic consulting, plan design and administrative services for all types of retirement plans. His key areas of expertise include defined contribution plan services, 403(b), 401(k), church plans, defined benefit and actuarial services and post-employment benefit obligations. Jeff received a bachelor's degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Frank Lonardo Practice Leader

As practice leader of Health & Welfare Services, Frank combines creative solutions with in-depth data analysis, to help clients improve clinical, utilization and financial outcomes.

Frank has spearheaded innovative approaches to healthcare cost and quality improvement, including direct provider contracting, employer purchasing coalitions and an integrated health and productivity process that links hospitals, physicians and patients.

He specializes in the design and implementation of organizational and service-line transformations, while he supports clients with leadership education and tactical planning.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Frank has over 20 years of experience in consulting with complex health systems, national non-profits and corporations. During his career, he has orchestrated product development, go-to-market strategy, and the implementation of strategic initiatives.

Prior to joining Cammack LaRhette, Frank was the director of human resources at a healthcare organization. He also worked at a consulting firm specializing in physician practice groups, which was where he first became an advocate for efficiency and effectiveness in healthcare delivery, including clinical transformation and performance improvement.

Frank received a master of business administration from St. John's University and a bachelor's degree from Pace University.

Erin M. O'Connor Practice Leader

Six years ago, Erin joined Cammack LaRhette to create the Human Resources Consulting Practice. She now leads that practice, working with clients to analyze the HR needs of their organizations, and to identify and implement practical and innovative solutions. In addition, Erin works across Cammack LaRhette's practices to integrate client plans and programs into the overall employment relationship

Key areas of Erin's expertise are organizational development, engagement, and change management. She has developed engagement and communications programs targeting physicians, organizational leadership, and employees. Erin excels at creating and embedding processes to overcome barriers to change. She is currently leading engagements to integrate health and productivity management in several healthcare systems in the Northeast.

Erin has 25 years of experience in human resources. Prior to joining Cammack LaRhette, she was the chief HR executive at two large healthcare organizations for over seven years.

She is a graduate of Cornell University's School of Industrial and Labor Relations and Fordham University School of Law.

Michael Volo Practice Leader

As practice leader, Michael leads the New England region for Cammack LaRhette Consulting, based in Wellesley, Massachusetts. He plays an executive role in managing client relationships, developing new business, solidifying relationships with partners and vendors, advancing strategic and operating plans and providing professional development guidance for Cammack LaRhette professionals.

Mike is a recognized retirement savings expert, with a passion for clients and their employees, who excels at developing innovative and effective solutions.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Mike has over 20 years of financial services and workplace benefits industry experience, with a focus on client management, sales, marketing, and product development. Prior to joining Cammack LaRhette, Mike led the client service organization, focused on the non-profit sector, at the largest U.S. retirement planning firm, and served as head of acquisition and client marketing for workplace benefits. Additionally, Mike served as the chief marketing officer for a leading investment manager, where he was responsible for the retirement plan, mutual fund and insurance product lines.

Mike received his bachelor of science degree from Boston College's Carroll School of Management.

Mary H. Clark Principal - Health & Welfare Services

Mary Clark is a principal at Cammack LaRhette. In this role, Mary provides strategic leadership and oversees business operations for the Health & Welfare Practice. She also serves as a senior liaison to clients, championing their needs and ensuring that Cammack LaRhette provides them with the most efficient and effective solutions. In addition, Mary heads the compliance division of the company.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Prior to her current role, Mary was the vice president of Health & Welfare, providing senior consulting services to Cammack LaRhette's clients. As such, she honed her skills in both strategic and tactical client communications and helped develop a new suite of communication materials for clients to use internally. She was instrumental in establishing Cammack LaRhette's HR technology department, which she currently oversees.

Earlier in her career, Mary worked in employee benefits at the corporate headquarters of an international Fortune 500 company.

Mary received a JD from Fordham University School of Law and a bachelor's degree in literature from Ramapo College. She has extensive knowledge of federal and state healthcare regulations, with areas of expertise in COBRA, HIPAA, and ERISA law. Mary is also proficient in securities law, including both SEC and FINRA regulations and Sarbanes-Oxley. She is considered an expert in the current health care legislation and is frequently consulted by both clients and law firms. Her work has been published nationally in industry journals and she frequently speaks at industry events.

Mike Sanders Principal - Retirement Plan Services

Mike is in charge of operations for Cammack LaRhette's Retirement Practice. He is responsible for oversight of strategic projects and personnel, with a view to enhancing our client service standards on a constant basis within the retirement plan marketplace.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Mike has extensive background in the benefits arena. Prior to joining Cammack LaRhette, he managed three national retirement teams, each working with record keeping partners, advisors and defined contribution clients nationwide. Prior to that role, he served retirement clients at a leading retirement and healthcare record keeper as a benefits wholesaler, client relationship manager, and ultimately a regional director.

Mike received a bachelor of science from West Virginia University and a master of business administration from Ramapo College.

Earle Allen, CEBS Vice President - Retirement Plan Services

Earle joined Cammack LaRhette in 1990, and now has 20 years of experience as an employee benefits consultant. Recently, his focus has shifted to the implementation and management of strategic initiatives and the overall delivery of services to defined contribution plan clients. Earle also works directly with several of our clients as an additional consulting resource.

In addition, Earle manages the retirement plan RFP process, providing detailed comparisons and analyses of retirement plan vendor programs. He is also the compliance manager for the New York office.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
For the past five years, Earle has supervised the account teams that manage the retirement plans of our defined contribution plan clients serviced out of our New York headquarters. Earle has guided several clients through compliance audits, and worked with clients in developing systems to help them measure the success of their retirement plan in meeting objectives.

Earle received a bachelor's degree from Dartmouth College. He also holds a master of business administration from New York University's Stern School of Business with a dual emphasis on management and marketing.

Robert A. Corlito, CRPS Vice President - Investment Services, Retirement Plan Services

Rob's primary focus is creating and executing the company's comprehensive due diligence process for clients' retirement plans. That role includes drafting investment policy statements, constructing structured investment arrays and conducting extensive investment analysis and due dilligence to help clients address their fiduciary obligations. He meets regularly with investment committees and executives, providing a wide range of consulting services. Rob is responsible for interviewing and analyzing potential record keepers and investment companies to ensure that our clients and prospective clients have access to the most competitive products in the marketplace. He is also in charge of the creation and presentation of the due diligence process to prospective clients. Rob is a member of the Cammack LaRhette consulting investment committee and manages our internal investment focus list.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Rob has over 17 years of experience in the financial services industry. He has an extensive background in retirement plan consulting, investment analysis and asset allocation strategies. Rob adheres to the CFA Institute Code and Standards of Ethics.

Rob received a bachelor's in marketing from Northeastern University. Rob is currently a Level II Candidate in the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certification program.

Rita Flory Vice President - Health & Welfare Services

Rita Flory provides senior consulting services for clients and leads a team of management and analytical resources. She maintains client relationships and introduces new and groundbreaking ideas to the practice.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Rita has over 20 years of experience in health & welfare benefits. She has experience in the design, development, analysis, and communications of benefit plans for companies ranging from 250 to 10,000 employees. She contributes up-to-date knowledge of compliance issues and pending legislative changes. Rita has demonstrated the ability to lead complex projects from inception to completion.

Prior to joining Cammack LaRhette, Rita was a principal at a leading health, retirement and benefits consulting firm, where she managed a portfolio of clients providing a full range of benefits consulting services. Rita also spent 15 years with a global employee benefits company where she specialized in the financial aspect of group health care benefits, vendor procurement and negotiations, and healthcare strategy and design.

Rita received a bachelor of science in actuarial science and management from New York University's School of Business and Public Administration.

Karin Gibson Vice President - Health & Welfare Services

Karin Gibson provides senior consulting services for clients and leads a team of management and analytical resources. She maintains client relationships and introduces fresh and innovative ideas to the practice, drawing on her communications focus.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Prior to joining Cammack LaRhette, Karin was a senior account executive at a benefits broker and consulting firm, where she was responsible for health and life renewal negotiations, and for assisting the lead agent in maintaining the sales pipeline and all prospect meetings. She brings 20 years of experience in client relationship management, consulting, product development and employee benefit delivery systems for Fortune 1000 and mid-to-small employer markets.

Karin received a bachelor's degree in business administration and systems analysis from Taylor University.

Rebecca S. Hedtler, CEBS Vice President - Retirement Plan Services

Rebecca manages the retirement client service teams of Cammack's Wellesley location. She also serves as a technical resource/trainer to staff and as a consultant on client projects, typically in matters of plan design and compliance.

Rebecca has worked in the defined contribution field for over 24 years, with a special emphasis on ERISA 403(b) plans. She was previously a technical director and an account manager, with extensive experience in retirement education/communication and retirement plan compliance. She has presented at many client and industry association seminars on matters of defined contribution plan regulatory changes.

Paula joined Cammack LaRhette's Retirement Plan Practice in 2003. She serves as the New York office's subject matter expert on investments and financial education.

Previously, Paula was a senior manager and practice leader with two of the world's largest and best-known international consulting firms.

Paula received an AB in English from Cornell University's College of Arts and Sciences and her master of business administration in finance from Cornell's Johnson School of Management.

Eva Simpson Vice President - Health & Welfare Services

Eva provides senior consulting services to large clients and leads a team of management and analytical resources. She also oversees all financial analysis, budgeting and claims forecasting, rate calculations, RFP processes, underwriting/renewal work and long-term strategic planning for clients.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Eva has over 20 years of experience and an in-depth knowledge of health and welfare benefit plans. She is an expert in vendor negotiations, as well as in plan design modeling, risk assessments and funding mechanisms.

Prior to joining Cammack LaRhette, Eva was the corporate manager of health & welfare benefits at a Fortune 100 corporation, responsible for the administration of health & welfare plans for over 20,000 U.S.-based employees and 15,000 retirees. That senior level human resources position also included budget and rate setting, and all health & welfare RFP processes, vendor negotiations, implementation activities and decisions regarding plan design changes. Eva also worked as an underwriter, a statistical analyst and a manager of provider relations/contracting for a Northeast BlueCross BlueShield plan.

Eva received a bachelor of science in applied mathematics from Bryant College, and studied economics for two years at Brown University.

Michael A. Webb, AIF®, CEBS Vice President - Retirement Plan Services

Mike joined Cammack LaRhette Consulting in 1991, where he has provided retirement plan consulting services spanning several tax-exempt industries for over 15 years. His expertise covers healthcare organizations, colleges and universities, cultural institutions and social service organizations.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Mike's background is in operational compliance. He was primarily responsible for establishing retirement plan operating systems to comply with the latest federal regulations, through onsite support of human resources, information systems, and payroll departments of large employers.
